Yes. New customers can test our services risk-free, make sure our Windows and Linux VDS are exactly what they need, and check everything they are interested in. To do so, place and pay for an order; then, within 7 days after the server is activated, if something doesn't suit you, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund, no questions asked. How do I place an order and pay for it?
It's actually very simple. Choose a suitable plan, click the "Buy" link, place your order (you will be registered automatically during checkout), and then pay the invoice that has been prepared. You can pay right after placing the order, or later by logging in to your client area. As soon as we receive your payment, your Windows VDS server is activated automatically, you receive your access details, and you can start working with your server right away.
What is a promo code and where can I get one?
If you already have a promo code (for example, you received it from one of our partners, from a newsletter, or found it online), you can use it by entering it in this field. If the promo code is active and valid for your order, you will receive the corresponding discount. If you don't have a promo code or it doesn't work, then it wasn't meant to be: you don't need to enter anything in this field, and there is no need to contact us about it. We don't "hand out" promo codes, we don't know "where to get" them, and we don't give "discounts" for nothing either; what we do offer is this.
How quickly will my VPS be ready after payment?
We offer our customers only VPS with instant activation: your VPS will be ready to use immediately after payment. Together with the payment notification you will receive an email with your access details and detailed instructions, and you can start working with your server right away. Your VPS is already waiting for you!
What are the billing periods? What is the minimum billing period?
The minimum order period for a VPS is 1 month.
Why are your prices so attractive? What's the secret?
There is no secret: you always know that right after payment you will receive access details for a VPS of the stated configuration, and you will get your money back if you are not satisfied with the quality of our services during testing. We also guarantee that prices will not change, which is especially important in the current economic situation. We are able to keep prices this low thanks to a mechanism we developed for maximum automation of our workflows: the VPS management system runs fully automatically and does not require constant staff involvement. The only task our administrators are busy with is monitoring the host nodes on which customers' VPS are hosted, and the round-the-clock monitoring system lets us optimize this process as well. In addition, we do not include administration services in the monthly VPS price: if you need them, you can always pay for them separately, so why overpay every month? All of this allows us to significantly reduce staffing costs, and therefore to offer you a high-quality, reliable product at affordable prices!
I want it even cheaper! Are there discounts for prepayment?
For prepayment, as a pledge of long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation, we offer the following discounts and bonuses: 3 months - 3%, 6 months - 5%, 12 months - 10% discount. This is an expression of our gratitude for your trust. If you cancel the server early, the unused part of your prepayment will be refunded: the months used are recalculated at the standard monthly price (without the discount), and the remainder is returned to you. The exception is termination of service for violating the rules. You can change the billing period at any time.
Will you refund my money (moneyback) if I don't like something?
Yes. Within 7 days after your first order is activated, you can cancel it without giving a reason and receive a full refund. If you cancel the server early later on, we will refund the unused part of your prepayment: the months used are recalculated at the standard monthly price, and the remainder is returned. What virtualization technology do you use?
To create Windows VPS we use hardware virtualization provided by the CPU itself (Intel VT technology) and the "thin" KVM hypervisor. Hardware virtualization means guaranteed dedicated resources with no possibility of overselling, and no reboots at all! Our Windows VDS are full-fledged dedicated servers! For example, you can easily install your own operating system on them!
Where will my VPS be physically located?
All VPS servers are physically located in Europe (Germany), in one of the leading European data centers (Hetzner), which is connected to the main traffic exchange points via high-speed fiber-optic links. This ensures the best access speed to your VPS from anywhere in the world, including Europe and the USA. Your server will sit right at the heart of the main backbone channels running through Europe.
Do you have VDS in other countries? For example, in the USA?
No, at the moment we offer Windows VDS only in Germany. We have no VDS in the USA or other countries. We may add them in the future, but there are no plans for it yet.
How is traffic calculated?
Each plan specifies the total (incoming + outgoing) traffic available during the calendar month (from the 1st to the 30th (31st) day of the month). Additional traffic costs 2€ per 1TB (1 000GB), on a prepaid basis. You do not need to maintain any ratios between incoming and outgoing traffic.
What happens if I use more traffic than my plan includes?
If all of the available traffic is used up, the VPS will be blocked until the end of the month. If necessary, you can purchase the required amount of additional traffic.
Do you provide full access with Administrator rights?
Yes, with every Windows VPS you get full access with administrator rights. This means you can change absolutely any settings of your VPS, install any software you need (exe or msi files), manage services, configure the firewall and access permissions, create your own additional users, set quotas for them, and so on. There are no restrictions on the software you use, and we do not check what software you run on the server.
How is the VPS managed? Is Remote Desktop access provided?
A Windows VPS is managed via Remote Desktop (RDP), a Linux VPS via SSH. You connect to the VPS and work with it just as you would on an ordinary Windows computer: the Start menu, the desktop, Control Panel, and so on. You can also connect your local drives to the server, use a shared clipboard, "copy and paste" files to and from the server, and so on. You will also have access to a control panel that provides additional administration features: power on and reset (reboot) of the server, the ability to fully reinstall the VPS, and access to the server's VNC console (the equivalent of KVMoIP) for full control over your server and the ability to resolve any problems that arise on your own, remotely, without contacting technical support.
What is Remote Desktop and how does it all work?
With Remote Desktop you connect to your Windows VPS and work with it in graphical mode exactly as you would on your own computer. You have a desktop, the "Start" menu, "Control Panel", and so on. On a Windows VPS you can download, install and run any applications and programs (EXE, MSI, etc.), install services, work with documents, and so on. You can disconnect from the VPS at any time, and all programs running on it will keep working, for example downloading or archiving files. You can connect to the VPS from any other computer: from work, from home, from an internet cafe, and so on. Another important point is that VPS have a permanent high-speed connection to the internet, 24 hours a day. This makes it possible to use a VPS as an automated platform for Forex terminals running in automatic mode, to set up your own voice server or SIP telephony server, to use it as a game server, and so on. Of course, you also have an IIS server at your disposal that you can use to host websites. Several users can work on a single VPS at the same time, and each user's session is isolated from the others.
What kind of internet connection do I need to work via Remote Desktop?
Any modern connection will do: home internet or mobile 4G. For comfortable work, copying files and so on, a speed of 1-2 Mbit/s or more is enough. The amount of traffic transferred between you and the VPS is small: on average from a few MB to a few dozen MB per hour of work, depending on the nature of the work (watching video and browsing sites with animation will use more, while working with ordinary programs will use very little).
Which operating system will be installed on my Linux / Windows VPS?
By default, Windows Server 2022 is installed on a Windows VPS. The Windows license is not included in the plan price: you activate the system with your own license key. Any other version of Windows (Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2025, Windows 10 / 11, etc.) you can install yourself from your own ISO image with your own license, or order installation by our specialist for a small fee. And with the VDS control panel and the Linux Rescue system, you can install ready-to-use popular Linux distributions in a few minutes: Debian, Ubuntu and others.
Which database servers can I use on the VPS?
Our virtual Windows servers are full equivalents of dedicated servers, and any software can run on them. So you can use any database server you need: you can install Microsoft SQL Server (including the free Express edition), MySQL / MariaDB, PostgreSQL or Firebird. The only thing you need to make sure of is that your chosen VPS plan has enough RAM for the database server you want to use to run properly.
How do I upgrade if I need a more powerful VPS?
Not enough performance on your VPS? Need more memory? Want to move to a plan with more traffic? Nothing could be easier: at any time you can contact support to move to a higher plan (upgrade), and you will only need to pay the difference between the plan prices! All of your files, installed programs and their settings are preserved. In rare cases an upgrade may require moving to a different host node and changing the IP address.
What software can I install on the VPS?
You can install absolutely any software on your VPS. We do not monitor what software you use: you use what you need. In particular, our Windows VPS are used successfully for Forex trading terminals (MetaTrader and others) and related software, for voice servers (TeamSpeak and the like), for bots and automation, for processing and archiving files, for a VPN for your own use (WireGuard, OpenVPN and others), and for many other tasks that require a permanent internet connection. Please note that you must strictly comply with our terms of service!
How many IPs do I get with a VPS? How can I get additional ones?
One IP address is provided free of charge with each VPS. If necessary, you can add one or more additional IP addresses. The setup fee for one additional IP address is 5 euros, and the monthly rental fee is 3 euros/month. Additional IP addresses are allocated in accordance with RIPE rules!
How many websites can I host on a single IP address in IIS?
Using just one IP address in IIS (Internet Information Services) you can host an unlimited number of websites. This is possible because in the HTTP protocol a website is identified not by the IP address but by a special HOST header, which the browser automatically sends to the web server with every request. This way, a web server running on even a single IP address can be configured to serve dozens or even hundreds of different domains. Thanks to SNI (supported in IIS starting with version 8), you can also use several SSL certificates for different sites on a single IP address.
Can I run a Windows VPS in terminal server mode?
Yes, this is available for all plans. Your VPS can run either in "remote administration" mode (enabled by default; two simultaneous RDP connections plus a console connection are possible, and no terminal licensing server is required) or in "terminal server" mode (a terminal licensing server is required, and the number of simultaneous connections is limited only by the licensing server's parameters). You can configure terminal server mode yourself, or order these administration services from our specialists and we will do everything necessary.
How many simultaneous connections (terminal sessions) does a VPS allow?
In "remote administration" mode (enabled by default), only two users can connect to the VPS at the same time. If two sessions are already running on the VPS, an error message will be displayed when a new connection is attempted. If your VPS is running in terminal server mode, the number of simultaneous connections is limited only by the terminal licensing server you use, so even several dozen users can work on your Windows VDS at the same time.
How do I contact technical support?
Technical support for registered customers on all matters is provided through the ticket system. Detailed information can be found in the technical support service regulations. Pre-sales questions can be asked via the online request form (no registration required).
What are the support working hours?
Our specialists monitor the stability of all host nodes around the clock. We use a dedicated automatic monitoring system that notifies the on-duty engineer about problems that have occurred or may occur. Customer consulting and paid administration services are provided during business hours. You can find out more about how technical support works in the technical support service regulations.
I installed a program on my VPS and it won't work, it shows an error. What should I do?
Since all VPS are provided by us without administration, you (or your administrator) will need to resolve problems like this on your own. We recommend contacting the vendor of your software for support. Alternatively, you can contact our technical support on a paid basis: the base cost of one hour of an administrator's work is 30 euros, and the minimum request is 15 euros. Please keep in mind that, since administration services are an additional service, we reserve the right to decline any request.
Which NS servers should I use to host my domains?
You need to set up your own NS servers on your VPS (an additional IP address may be required), use the NS servers of your domain registrar, or use one of the public services that provide free NS servers, for example Cloudflare DNS. Of course, you can also set up your own DNS server on your VDS, or our administrators can do it for you for a small one-time fee.
