Ready-made Windows Server 2022 and Linux templates
Your server is deployed from a ready-made Windows Server 2022 template or from popular Linux distributions. The Windows license is not included in the rental price: you activate the system with your own key. You can also install any other OS you need on the server yourself. You do not need to clear anything with us to do so.
Install your own operating system on your VDS
Our VDS are full equivalents of dedicated servers in terms of their capabilities. So you can easily install any other OS you need on them: Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux and others), FreeBSD or Windows (Windows 10 / 11, Windows Server 2016-2025, etc.). When installing an OS yourself, you must use your own license for it.
Reinstall your VDS from the available templates yourself at any time
Installed your own system and now want to go back to the standard template? Nothing could be easier: in a few mouse clicks you can reinstall your VDS from the original template. You can do this yourself at any time from the VDS control panel, without contacting technical support. We can also create "custom" templates for you from a server you have already configured.
Your VDS and all programs running on it keep running when it is suspended
Didn't manage to pay for your Windows VDS on time, and it is running important programs and has unsaved documents open? No problem: when a server is suspended we do not shut it down, we only block network access to it. The server, and all programs running on it, keep working (without network access), and after payment you can carry on working with them "as if nothing had happened".
Automatic server unblocking after an overdue balance is paid
If access to your virtual server was blocked because of an overdue balance, then after you pay the overdue invoice, access to the server will be restored automatically right away. You do not need to contact technical support or wait until service for your VDS is restored.
Permanent access to the console (screen and keyboard) of your Linux / Windows VDS (the equivalent of KVMoIP)
You can't connect to the server via Remote Desktop / SSH. You create a ticket with technical support and wait for them to reply... Forget about that! With every one of our VDS you get access to the control panel and VNC access to the server console. You can connect to it at any time, see what is going on, find out why the server is unavailable, and fix any problems yourself. With VNC console access you will see everything that happens on your server's "screen" and be able to work with it just as if you were sitting right in front of it. For example, you can monitor the OS boot process, log in and disable a firewall that is blocking network access, correct wrong network connection settings, boot Windows in "safe mode", run a file system check, recover accidentally deleted files, install another OS, recover a forgotten administrator password, and perform any other tasks that normally cannot be done remotely.
Access to a virtual CD/DVD drive with the ability to attach your own ISO images
In addition to VNC access to the server console, we also provide access to your server's virtual CD/DVD drive, to which you can attach various service ISO images to solve non-standard tasks (for example Acronis to change logical partitions or create a full backup of your VDS, various LiveCDs to save / recover data, run an antivirus scan, install other operating systems, and so on). You can use either the standard ISO images from our repository or attach your own ISO image over HTTP or FTP.
Power your server on / off and reboot it yourself at any time
Are you still forced to contact technical support to reboot a hung server? You can power our VDS servers on / off and reboot them yourself at any time from the convenient control panel.
Access to the virtual server via Remote Desktop with full administrator rights
To repeat: our VDS are full-fledged dedicated servers in terms of their capabilities. So, of course, you will have access to your Windows virtual server via Remote Desktop with full administrator rights, you will be able to change absolutely any OS settings, install any software on the server, create new users, and generally do everything you can do on your own computer, including installing a completely different OS.
SSD disk subsystem
SSD is really fast. Our SSD-based VPS run faster than dedicated servers of similar configuration with regular disks!
We don't block servers indiscriminately on the first complaint; we give you 24 hours to resolve the problem
With very rare exceptions (sending SPAM or active network attacks that are ongoing right now), we always try to give customers 24 hours to resolve problems raised by complaints we receive. The customer is notified of the new request by e-mail and in Telegram and has enough time to fix the violations. In general, we resort to blocking only in extreme cases, when the rules are broken deliberately and the customer does not respond adequately and in a timely manner to the complaint notifications.
Host nodes are connected at 1Gbit, and each VDS gets its own 100mbit/sec connection.
The reserve of bandwidth lets us guarantee stable network performance for each VDS even when its neighbors have very high network activity. For example, the average access speed (within the data center) for each VDS on a host node is around 100-150Mbit/sec. The large amount of traffic included in the plan is available at the maximum possible speed and is not split into incoming and outgoing. You can use it however and whenever you want, and you do not need to maintain any ratios.
Notifications in Telegram and by e-mail
Our customers receive Telegram and e-mail notifications about emergencies, technical problems and unplanned maintenance, notices about new tickets, complaints, an upcoming VDS suspension due to overdue payment, exceeded traffic, a change of the client area login password, and more. All of this allows them to keep control of the situation and always stay informed.
All maintenance work is carried out only outside business hours or on weekends
Many of our customers are Forex traders who use Windows VDS for round-the-clock automated Forex trading, with robots and terminals running on their virtual servers in automatic mode. Given the specifics of their work, we try to perform all maintenance and works on weekends (Saturday / Sunday), with mandatory advance notice by e-mail. In very rare cases (for example unplanned or urgent work that cannot be postponed), work may be carried out on weekdays, in which case we try to do it at night or early in the morning.
Detailed daily traffic usage statistics and a warning system for exceeding it
Monitoring your traffic usage is very easy. In your client area you have detailed statistics for the current and previous month, broken down by day, showing the incoming/outgoing and total traffic used each day. The information is also displayed as a clear chart for easier analysis and understanding. When usage reaches 75%, 85% and 95%, you will be sent warnings so that you notice the increased traffic consumption and can take appropriate measures in time.
Affordable additional traffic in any amount
If the included traffic is not enough for you, you can order additional traffic in any amount you need. You can either increase the amount of traffic available each month, or simply buy the amount you need "until the end of the month".
